# Tip Addresses

Required tip configuration for transaction submission

Every transaction sent through Raiden **must include a SOL transfer** to one of the Raiden tip addresses. This tip is used for priority routing and front-of-block positioning.

You can also use a custom tip address assigned to your account (visible in the dashboard under **Raiden Bolt** → **Connect**).

## Minimum Tip

**0.001 SOL** — Higher tips get higher routing priority.

## How to Include

Add a `SystemProgram.transfer` instruction to **any one** of the tip addresses in your signed transaction.

## Priority

Your tip amount directly affects routing priority during congestion. Higher tips are processed before lower tips.
